Short version: We use essential cookies to make the Service work and remember your preferences (like dark/light mode). We also use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your browsing data to anyone.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and provide analytical information to website operators.

In addition to traditional cookies, we may also use similar technologies such as local storage (used for your theme preference) and session tokens (stored in memory).

2. Cookies We Use

We keep our cookie usage to an absolute minimum. The following table describes every cookie and storage item used by AIWorkview:

3. Third-Party Cookies

Our payment processing provider may set cookies on our checkout pages in order to detect fraud and process transactions securely. These are essential for completing a purchase. Please refer to your payment provider's privacy policy for details about the cookies they set.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our landing page — including which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and where they come from. Google Analytics sets the _ga, _ga_*, and _gid cookies described above. The data collected is aggregated and anonymised. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics opt-out.

We use Google Fonts for typography — Google Fonts API requests are made directly from your browser. We do not embed social media widgets, advertising networks, or behavioural profiling scripts on our pages.

4. Managing Cookies

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

Local Storage

The aiw-theme preference is stored in browser localStorage, not a cookie. To clear it, open your browser's developer tools → Application → Local Storage → aiworkview.com and delete the aiw-theme entry. Or simply toggle the theme on the page — the preference updates automatically.

5. Do Not Track

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals websites not to track user activity. Because we do not engage in cross-site tracking, our Service operates consistently whether or not DNT is enabled.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If we introduce new non-essential cookies, we will update this policy before deploying them.
